MedicalBillingSelect

How MedicalBillingSelect works

MedicalBillingSelect is a free reading and comparison resource. You can review sourced provider examples and the questions to confirm without creating an account or giving us any contact information.

Browsing is free

There is no fee, no account, and no sign-up. You do not need to enter an email address, phone number, or any other contact information to read the comparison.

What you can review today

On our homepage, you can review:

  • three real provider examples, AdvancedMD, Medwave, and Recoup, showing the published fee, monthly minimum, software arrangement, and contract information, each with links to its sources and a source-check date;
  • considerations by practice size, specialty, and staffing that tell you what to ask;
  • a worked cost example showing how a monthly minimum changes what a quoted percentage means.

Where a detail is not established in a provider’s sources, the comparison says so. Our methodology explains how the information is gathered and labeled.

Visiting a provider

Each example links to the provider’s official pages. Following a link takes you to that company’s website. What you share there, and any proposal or contract that follows, is between you and the provider under its own terms and privacy practices.

What we do not do

MedicalBillingSelect does not submit an inquiry, request a quote, or share your details with any provider on your behalf. When you want a proposal, you contact the provider directly and decide what to share.

We are a comparison publisher. We do not perform billing, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Before you sign

  • Ask each provider to confirm in writing any detail shown as not publicly stated.
  • Compare proposals using the same monthly collection amount and the same service scope.
  • Check setup costs, required software, add-ons, and contract exit terms alongside the headline rate.
  • Settle how unpaid claims, older balances, and your data would be handled if you leave.

How the site is funded

We may earn money through disclosed affiliate or referral links. The provider links on our homepage are unpaid. See our advertising disclosure.
