About MedicalBillingSelect
MedicalBillingSelect is a comparison publisher for US medical practices. We organize what billing companies publish about their services so you can compare options and see what to confirm before you sign.

What we do
Choosing a billing company usually means comparing proposals that are priced and structured differently. We put the published terms side by side: the fee and what it is a percentage of, any monthly minimum, the software arrangement, and how the contract ends.
Today that work appears on our homepage: three provider examples with links to their sources, the questions that change by practice type, and a worked example of how a monthly minimum affects cost.
Who operates MedicalBillingSelect
MedicalBillingSelect is operated by Kozi Publishing LLC. The publisher is responsible for researching, editing, and updating the site’s content. For corrections or questions, use our contact page.
Who it is for
Practice owners, practice managers, and the people who handle billing for US medical practices, including:
- solo clinicians and small groups weighing a billing company for the first time;
- practices replacing a billing company or a biller who has left;
- teams keeping billing in house that are comparing outside help or software;
- new practices deciding what billing support they need.
What we are not
MedicalBillingSelect is not a billing company, revenue cycle management firm, clearinghouse, or software vendor, and we do not perform billing. We do not submit claims, work denials, post payments, or handle patient information for anyone.
If you hire a billing company, that company performs the work under its own proposal and contract. Our pages are general comparison information, not legal, financial, coding, or compliance advice.
How we present information
We keep three kinds of statements apart. Provider-published information is what a company states in its own materials, and we link to the source. Our assessment is our editorial analysis, such as which terms deserve a question. When a detail is not established in the sources we reviewed, we say Not publicly stated instead of estimating it.
Provider-published information establishes what a company advertises. It does not independently verify service quality. Each comparison shows the date we checked its sources. Our methodology explains each label and how we treat pricing, software, work ownership, and contracts.
How the site is funded
The site is free to use. We may earn money through affiliate or referral links: if you become a customer through a paid link, we may receive compensation. Paid links are disclosed, sponsored placements are labeled separately, and payment does not determine factual fit or editorial ordering. The provider links on our homepage are unpaid. Details are in our advertising disclosure.
Corrections
If a price, service, or contract detail has changed, send us the page and a supporting source through our contact page. Providers can use the same route to send information or source evidence.
