Technical information from your visit

Our hosting provider processes this information to deliver the site and keep it secure, and it may be recorded in server logs.

Google and Microsoft may also process some technical information, along with page and interaction data, as described below when their analytics tools are active.

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure site visits and page usage, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with pages through heatmaps and session recordings. The interactive cost example on our homepage runs in your browser. Collection amounts you choose are not sent to us or included in analytics. The example is masked in Microsoft Clarity session recordings.

Information you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it to reply and to review corrections or information you send. Questions about this policy can be sent through our contact page.

Patient information

The site does not ask for patient information and is not designed to receive it. Do not send patient information to us.

Our pages link to provider websites and other sources. When you follow a link, the other website’s own privacy practices apply, including to anything you submit there.

Children
